Heard Mr. Sabnis, the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would invite attention of this Court to the order passed on 16th March, 2023 by this Court in Writ Petition No.3011 of 2023. According to him, the objections preferred by the petitioners are still pending. It is informed that the Award is yet to be passed in the matter.

In view of the above, in case if the order dated 16th March, 2023 is not complied by the respondent authorities, the petitioner has appropriate remedy.
