The applicants-original claimant are hereby permitted to withdraw the amount to the extent of 75% out of the amount deposited by the respondent before this court, on following conditions:- i) 25% amount on furnishing personal undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this court; ii) 25% amount by furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court; iii) 25% amount on submitting bank guarantee of the like amount of any nationalized or scheduled bank.

ca6738.16 -2iv) Remaining 25% of the amount shall be kept in fixed deposit in any Nationalized Bank, initially for a period of three years and the fixed deposit thereafter be renewed from time to time till disposal of first appeal. 3.

Civil application is disposed of.
