This is an application for condonation of delay of 57 days caused in filing first appeal against the order passed by the Commissioner for Employee's compensation and Civil Judge Senior Division, Parbhani.

Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are absent though duly served. Their absence indicates that they have no inclination to oppose the application. Considering the application and the reasons mentioned therein, it cannot be said that the delay caused in filing the appeal is inordinate or deliberate. Apart from this, having regard to the nature of proceeding, even if compensation is sought to e claimed under
