This application is moved by the applicant State praying therein for recalling order dated 8th April, 2015, directing presence of respondent no.1 on 24th April, 2015. Learned A.G.P. invited our attention to the order passed by the Division Bench on 17th April, 2015, in Civil Application No.2829/2015 in Review Application and submits that review was heard on 17th April, 2015, and next date given is 5th May, 2015.

In that view of the matter, we recall the order dated 8th April, 2015, to the extent of directing respondent no.1 to remain present before this Court on 24th April, 2015. Respondent no.1 need not remain present.

Application is allowed in above terms and the same stands disposed of. Parties to act upon the authenticated copy of this order.
