The learned counsel submits that the petitioner was transferred from Zilla Parishad, Beed to Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad at her request, on the ground of couple convenience. However, the husband did not get transfer from Beed to Aurangabad, as such, the petitioner seeks cancellation of the transfer order. 2.

We have heard the learned counsel for petitioner, the learned counsel, Mr. Suryawanshi, for Zilla Parishad and the learned AGP.

The learned counsel for Zilla Parishad and the learned AGP submits that the petitioner has an alternate remedy before the Divisional Commissioner, if he has grievance about his transfer. In the light of that, we dispose of the writ petitions, with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy, in that event, all contentions are kept open. No costs. (R. N. LADDHA, J.) (S. V.
