Mr. Tauseef, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner would restrict the present writ petition to the extent seeking directions against the respondent No. 1 to decide his representation dated 02nd March, 2019. 2.

Mr. Sagar Killarikar, the learned counsel submits that, the work suggested in the said representation is also not in tune with the Government Resolution.

It is for the respondent No. 1 to consider all the relevant aspects of the matter while deciding the representation. 4.

Considering limited request made, the respondent No. 1 may take decision upon representation of the petitioner (page 42)
