After this matter was heard for quite some time, we expressed our disinclination. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner sought a pass over to take instructions. He submits on instructions that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition with a request to be retransferred back to Dharashiv as Assistant Project Officer with the Zilla Parishad after the elections are over since he had worked for only 11⁄2 khs/April 2024/4016

- 2 - years at Dharashiv and his full term had not been completed. The learned AGP submits on instructions that if such a representation is received by the Competent Authority, the same would be strictly within the framework of the policy as is applicable in such cases. 3.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off, as withdrawn on instructions.
