The learned advocate for the Petitioner submits, on instructions, that the Petitioner would not press prayer clause "A" in this petition. He would restrict his request for a decision on the representations dated 5.7.2019 and 22.3.2022, at the hands of Respondent No.2. The learned advocate representing the Zilla Parishad, submits that the representations would be decided within a time frame, as may be directed by the Court.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 3.

We expect, Respondent No.2 to deal with the said representations and take a decision thereon, in the light of the Rules, Policies, Government Resolutions, applicable and the available vacancy, on or before 31.05.2023.
