By this petition, the petitioner seeks directions to respondent no.3 to release arrears of his salary w.e.f. June, 2003 till date and his transfer order dated 10.09.2015 is also challenged. The petitioner also seeks directions to respondent nos.3 and 4 to forward his proposal for grant of approval for the academic year 2003-2004, 2006-2007 and 2012-2013 till date and prayer for grant of permanent approval is also made.

Learned Advocate for respondent no.4 contends that the petitioner's appointment with respondent no.3 was on temporary basis and petitioner has left the school prior to 10 years. In the petition, the petitioner has given incorrect information and documents. 3.

We cannot go into the disputed questions of facts. Therefore, the petition is disposed of by directing the Education Officer to give hearing to the petitioner and the Management and to take decision on the grievance of the petitioner on merits within a period of
