The Civil Applications are for condonation of delay of 2401 days.

Ms. Laxmi R. Thakur holding for Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the delay caused in filing the First Appeals in all the matters on account of the applicants' land being compulsorily acquired for the purpose of "Hangewadi Storage Tank" at Kingaon and that is their only source of income. The compensation amount granted by the Reference Court is meagre and that they would suffer an irreparable loss.

For the reasons mentioned in the applications, the Civil Applications for condonation of delay are allowed in all the matters and the delay of 2401 days in filing the First Appeals are condoned subject to the waiver interest for the delayed period. 5.
