Heard Mr Dodya, learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned Counsel submits that without considering the application of the petitioner dated 31.10.2020 and 12.03.2021, the Tahsildar has issued directions. The Tahsildar be directed to consider the application of the petitioner.

The learned AGP accepts notice for both the respondents. 4.

The learned AGP submits that earlier application of the petitioner does not survive as final order has been passed by the Tahsildar and the petitioner has remedy of appeal. Gajanan
