The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, all these petitioners are students of 12th standard and they are exploring possibility of admission to professional courses. The proposals for verification of their tribe claims are pending with the respondent/Scrutiny Committee since December 2020. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for all respondents in respective writ petitions. 3.

In case the proposals seeking validity of the tribe certificates of the petitioners are pending with the respondent/Committee, then the respondent/Scrutiny Committee shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably by the end of August 2021. The petitioners shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 30th June, 2021.

In the light of the above, the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
