This Petition takes exception to the impugned order passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal Mumbai, Bench at Aurangabad (for short, 'MAT') in Original Application No.360 of 2025 on 09.04.2025. 2.

The Petitioner has been suspended pending inquiry. Along with the Petitioner, co-employees are also alleged to have indulged in the misconduct. They have, however, not been placed under suspension. The challenge is mainly on the ground of the Petitioner to have been singled out and placed under suspension.

It is now reported that the pleadings are almost complete in the Original Application, before the MAT. In the fitness of things, it would, therefore, be desirable to request the MAT to dispose off the Orig. Application within a time frame.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed off with a

direction to the MAT to decide the Original Application No.360 of 2025 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
