Mr. Sohail holding for Mr. Ghanekar, states that this is an application for bringing legal heirs of deceased Appellant on record.
906.Cri.Appln-1462-22 & st.3817-22.doc The Original Appellant Uttam Shankar Tupe died during the pendency of appeal on 02.08.2022. He submits that since this appeal is arising out of the proceedings under Prevention of Corruption Act, this Applicant would be entitled to receive the service benefit. He further states that there is a delay of 21 days that is caused in filing the Criminal Application for bringing legal heirs on record. 2.
Learned APP fairly states that he has no objection. 3.
Considering the submissions and the reasons for delay, both the applications i.e. Criminal Application No.1462/2022 and Criminal Application Stamp No.3817/2022 are allowed and the delay is condoned.
