This is by way of speaking to the minutes to the order dated 30.09.2020. Learned counsel Smt. Fatema Kazi submits that there are three petitioners and they have no joint account. She submits that ordinarily the cheque in respect of the amount which is to be returned will be given in the names of all the petitioners but it will be difficult for them to encash the cheque as they have no joint account. This Court is hereby permitting the petitioners to appoint one of them as power of attorney and in his account the cheque can be deposited and the cheque can be issued in his name. Motion stands disposed of.
