This is an application for direction to release the amount payable to applicant No. 3 by name "Shakuntala Ankush Rathod" instead of "Shakuntala Pralhad Jadhav" as per order dated 18-03-2021 passed in Civil Application No. 7825/2019.

Shri Suryawanshi, learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that the applicant No. 3 got married during the pendency of the claim and her name is changed as "Shakuntala Ankush Rathod". 3.

The learned counsel for the respondent-Insurance Company has no objection, if the above referred prayer is allowed. 4.

In the said backdrop, the Registry is requested to release the amount to the applicant No.3 by name "Shakuntala Ankush Rathod" on filing an affidavit by "Shakuntala Ankush Rathod" that she and Shakuntala Pralhad Jadhav is one and the same person.
