This Application is filed by the State of Maharashtra seeking leave to file Appeal against

cra2209.15 the Judgment in Sessions Case No.1 of 2008 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Nilanga, dated 12th February, 2015.

Since we have already admitted the Appeal filed by the original complainant, this Application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and (C). The Application stands disposed of. 4.

Both the Appeals to be heard together in due course.
