Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and respondents and, perused the impugned order.

It is pointed out that the order of dismissal of Criminal Application No.3384/2016 was inadvertently passed under the impression that the applicant has not taken steps to serve respondent No.1. It is pointed out that respondent No.1 had already appeared in the matter through his advocate.

1953.17crapln Considering the cause assigned, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B)and (C) and stands disposed of.

Criminal Application No.3384/2016 is restored to its original number.

List the Criminal Application No.3384/2016 along with Criminal Application No.3385/2016 for admission on 18.8.2017.
