We have heard the learned Advocate for the petitioners and the learned AGP. for the respondent/State.

Considering prayer clause (B), the petitioner has an efficacious statutory remedy under section 152 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. The learned Advocate submits that the petitioner would avail of such remedy within three weeks from today.

In view of above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to avail of the statutory remedy. The time spent by the petitioners in this Court from 20th April, 2022 till the passing of this order, would be a good ground for condonation of delay.
