The appeal filed by the insurance company has been disposed of and in view of the modified order also, present applicant is entitled to get the amount which has been deposited in this Court. Amount of Rs.3,06,516/ plus earlier deposited statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- can be allowed to be withdrawn by the applicant.
