This civil application is filed by the applicant/original petitioner seeking permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- deposited by him in terms of the directions given by this Court vide order dated 08/02/2022.

The order of status-quo was granted in favour of the applicant/ petitioner on condition to deposit Rs.5,00,000/-. Writ Petition is dismissed by order dated 22/03/2022. Hence, the Civil Application seeking withdrawal of amount.

The learned Advocate for respondent no.3 - Bank strongly opposed the prayer of the applicant/petitioner submitting that the applicant who is a third party has unnecessarily dragged the Bank in the present proceedings. The costs therefore may be awarded to the Bank.
