I have heard learned Counsel for the applicants for some time.

Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that during the pendency of this application, the C.A. reports are received. The learned Counsel submits that the application for regular bail fled by the applicants, before the trial Court, came to be rejected, however, at that time, the C.A. reports were not received.

Leave granted. Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to fle an application for regular bail before the Sessions Court on the ground of change in circumstances i.e. C.A. reports being fled during the pendency of this application.
