1] The learned AGP states that the order dated 18.4.2012 passed by Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.3470/2012 is already complied with by the respondent nos.1 to 3.

2] The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute this statement of the learned AGP. He states that in view of compliance of the order passed by this

CP 245/15 in WP 3470/12 - 2 - Court on 18.4.2012 in Writ Petition No.3470/2012, this contempt petition may be disposed of.

3] Above statements are accepted.

4] In view of the compliance of the order dated 18.4.2012 passed by this Court by the respondent nos.1 to 3, we do not propose to initiate any action under the provisions of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971, against the respondent nos.1 to 3. The contempt petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. 5] In view of dismissal of contempt petition, pending civil applications do not survive and are disposed of as such.
