ORDER :

The application is filed for quashing of the F.I.R. bearing C.R. No. 14/2015 registered in Shrirampur Police Station, Tq. Shrirampur, District Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under sections 354, 354(B), 448, 427, 323, 504, 506 r/w. 34 of I.P.C.

Today learned counsel for complainant Shri. K.N. Shermale has filed affidavit of complainant. He has identified the complainant. In the affidavit, she has contended that they have settled the dispute out of the Court and she has no objection to

Cri. Appln. No. 2213/15 grant the relief claimed. It was a private dispute and the crime of aforesaid nature is registered. In view of this development, this Court holds that relief claimed needs to be given. 3.

In the result, the application is allowed. The aforesaid F.I.R. is quashed and set aside.

Authenticated copy is allowed to the learned counsel for the applicants.
