After having heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner, this Court finds that the petition could be disposed of in terms of the following order:

O R D E R

(i) The non bailable warrant issued against the petitioner herein to stand cancelled. The petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the given date.

(ii) As the petitioner urged for permanent exemption from appearance before the trial Court, he may move such an application under Section 317 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the trial Court shall decide the same on its own merits and liberally, as well.

(( 2 )) 915-wp-600-2022 (iii)The petitioner is ready to deposit a sum of Rs.12,00,000/- (Rupees Twelve Lakh) in the trial Court. The same shall be deposited without prejudice to the rights of respondent - complainant.
