This application is moved by the State. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State submits that, on 30th March, 2015, when the matter was called our for hearing the concerned Additional Government Pleader could not bring to the notice of this Court that, already the affidavit in reply is filed by Respondent No.4. Therefore, he prays for recalling of the order dated 30th march, 2015. 4.

In the light of the statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader that, affidavit in reply of Respondent No.4 is already filed, the order dated 30th March, 2015 is recalled. 5.

As a result, Respondent No.4 need not remain present on 30th April, 2015. Application is disposed of. 6.
