Learned Counsel for the applicant - original petitioner submits that during pendency of this petition, certain new steps are taken by the respondent-authorities. The learned Counsel submits that therefore, it has become necessary to bring on record said facts by way of amendment to the petition i.e. by adding new paragraphs 26A, 26B and 26C.

The other side has no objection for carrying out such amendment. It further appears that the writ petition is yet to be admitted and the other side is always at liberty to fle additional reply, if so required.
