The present application is filed for stay to the effect and operation of the Judgment and Award dated 28/11/2018 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Aurangabad in M.A.C.P. No. 436/2016 for the reasons set out in detail in the application.

Learned counsel on instructions from the applicant/insurance company submits that the amount in terms of award shall be deposited within four weeks. 4.
