Present application is filed seeking withdrawal of the amount in view of disposal of the appeal.

Learned Counsel for applicants submits that the amount of compensation to be payable to the applicants be paid to applicant No.1 on behalf of all the applicants. The applicants No. 2 to 5 are the sons and daughters of applicant No.1 and they have given no

2 C.A. No. 4958/2019 objection to pay and release the amount in the name of applicant No.1.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "A" and "B" subject to submission of no objection/consent letter of applicants No.2 to 5. On due verification and submission of no objection from applicant Nos. 2 to 5, the Registrar (Judicial) is directed to transfer the amount in the name of applicant No.1 in her saving bank account, as per the particulars of Bank Account to be furnished by applicant No.1.
