Mr. Thombre, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided is pending with the Education Officer (Primary). The same is not yet decided.

The learned AGP appears for respondent No. 1. Mr. K. B. Jadhavar, learned Counsel appears for respondent No. 2 and submits that if the proposal is pending then the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the transfer of petitioner

2 908-WP4632-19.doc from unaided to aided division is pending with respondent No. 2 ( Exhibit "E" page no. 25), then the respondent No. 2 - Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Beed shall decide the same on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from today. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
