1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant/appellant, learned counsel for respondent No.1 original claimant/s as well as learned AGP. 2] In view of the nature of subject matter, I do not find any impediment to grant stay to the execution and implementation to the impugned award passed in respective Land Acquisition Reference Petitions. Hence, the execution and implementation to the impugned awards is hereby stayed subject to condition that the appellant Acquiring Body shall deposit the entire decretal amount awarded by the Reference Court, alongwith interest accrued thereon in this appeal, within a period of twelve weeks. On failure to deposit the amount within the stipulated period, the stay granted shall stand automatically vacated, with liberty to the claimants to take recourse to law, for execution of the award. Civil applications for stay are disposed of accordingly. Matter be listed for admission in due course. [K.K. SONAWANE] JUDGE.
