After hearing for sometime, learned Advocate appearing for petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy in terms of provisions of the Maharashtra Inferior Village Watans Abolition Act. 2.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 3.

In case the petitioner files proceedings within a period of two (02) weeks from today, the time consumed in prosecuting present writ petition shall be taken into account while counting limitation.
