According to petitioners, the petitioners have deposited lease amount as directed under order dated 10th April, 2019 by this Court. According to petitioners, petitioners have given applications for extension of lease period without charging any lease money for the year 2019-2020 on account of natural calamity, the said applications are given on 17.12.2018, 18.12.2018 and 28.01.2019.

In case such applications are pending with the authority, the authority shall take decision upon such applications upto

The amount deposited in this Court by petitioners to show their bonafides be transmitted in the account of the respondent No. 5. In case applications are decided in favour of petitioners, then the amount shall be refunded by the respondent No. 5 to petitioners.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
