Heard Mr. Ambhore, learned counsel for applicant- Insurance Company and Mr. Choudhari, learned counsel for respondent No.1 to 4. No one else appeared on behalf of rest of the respondents even after service of notice to them. Perused the application. 2.

It has been submitted that the decreetal amount has been deposited in this court and some part of the payment is allowed in favour of original claimants. In such circumstances, there is no propriety to keep present matter alive for further process and same may be disposed of.

In view of aforesaid submission, present application does not survive and the same stands disposed of.
