As per the contention of the learned A.G.P. the proposal is already forwarded to the Superintendent, State Excise Department, Solapur with objection. Now, the same will have to be considered by the Commissioner and thereafter the State Government. The decision shall be taken by the Commissioner and the State Government on merits expeditiously.
