The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the appellants submits that the Collector has now deposited amount as per the directions of this Court, in first appeals.

The Collector in his affidavit has given the list of all the matters in which the amounts are deposited.

The learned Advocate for the appellants submits that in terms of the order dated 09/04/2016, passed by the Lok-Aalat, the applicants be permitted to withdraw amount deposited in this Court. 4.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amounts in respective appeals with respective applicants in terms of the order of the Lok-Adalat.
