The appellant Acquiring Body is seeking condonation of delay of 2516 days in both these applications which appears to be caused due to obtaining sanctions at various stages. Though the applications are opposed, but considering the statutory right of the appellant Acquiring Body, the aforesaid delay periods stand condoned. 2.
