The learned advocate for the Petitioner confirms that the pension papers of the deceased Petitioner have been forwarded to the office of Respondent No.2. We, therefore, direct Respondent No.2 to do the needful and ensure, the payment of pension to the nominee of the deceased Petitioner, commences within 60 days from today. 2.

The learned advocate for the deceased Petitioner represented by the legal heirs, makes a request that the unpaid salary amount may be calculated by Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 and the said amount be paid to the nominee of the deceased Petitioner, who is her husband, Petitioner No. 1-A. It is ordered accordingly, subject to the entitlement of the deceased Petitioner. The admissible amount may be paid within 60 days.
