Instant application is for grant of regular bail on account of arrest of applicant in Crime No.0186 of 2024 registered at Kandhar Police Station, Dist. Nanded for offence punishable under sections 395, 398, 120-B of Indian Penal Code (IPC). 2.
It is submitted that, applicant is arrested in above crime in September 2024. In all seven persons were arrested along with present applicant in above crime. That, FIR is against unknown persons. That, persons, who committed offence were allegedly covering their faces. That, no T.I. parade has been
-2conducted. That, four accused are already granted bail and therefore on the ground of parity, relief of bail is urged for. 3.
Learned APP opposed on the ground that, cash and ornaments worth Rs.41,00,000/- were committed by way of robbery by use of deadly weapons to threaten complainant. That, there is part recovery at the instance of applicant. For above reasons, bail is opposed.

Heard. Perused the FIR dated 15.06.2024 at the instance of Gajanan Yerawar, who has reported that, on 14.06.2024, he and his family went to bed, around 11:00 p.m. initially one person entered the house, issued threats to kill and assaulted on the leg of the informant. Forcibly keys were obtained and cupboard was opened and cash and valuable ornaments worth of Rs.41,00,000/- were forcibly taken by unknown thieves, who were in the age group of 25 to 30 years. On above report, crime has been registered.

This court has already granted bail to other co-accused. On court query, learned APP submitted that, no T.I. parade has been conducted and he also denied any criminal antecedents. Therefore, as charge sheet is already filed and on the ground of
-3parity, applicant succeeds. Hence, I proceed to pass the following order :-
ORDER
I.
The application is allowed.
II.
Applicant Rajasingh S/o. Hirasingh Taak be released on bail in connection with Crime No.0186 of 2024 registered with Kandhar Police Station, Dist. Nanded, on executing Personal Bond of Rs. 15,000/- with one surety in the like amount, on the following conditions:
[a] The applicant shall not tamper prosecution evidence. [b] The applicant shall not leave the area of jurisdiction of the concerned police station till conclusion of trial. [c] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station thrice in every week i.e. on every Saturday, Tuesday and Thursday and maintain personal diary of his attendance till framing of charge and thereafter, shall regularly attend each and every effective date before the trial court.
