The learned counsel for the applicant relies on the order dated 3l.3.2016, passed by the authority i.e. the Commissioner of Sugar, wherein permission is granted for conversion of the sugarcane purchase tax into Interest Free loan. The present Civil Application is filed for releasing the amount of Rs.60,79,997/- (Rupees sixty lacs seventy nine thousand nine hundred ninety seven only) attached by the Respondent No.2. This Court had already granted permission to release 50% of the amount and had directed

the Respondents - present non-applicants to take decision. Pursuant thereto, the decision has been taken. As such, it would not be necessary to keep attachment in force.

In light of the above, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer of prayer clause (B).
