This application is filed for condonation of delay in filing the appeal by the Acquiring Body. It is submitted that there are other appeals which are filed challenging the award arising out of the same acquisition proceedings. 02.

Considering the above, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Therefore, the application stands allowed. The delay is condoned. The first appeal be registered.
