This application is for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased Murlidhar - applicant No.2/petitioner No.2 who died on 10.12.2022. This application is, therefore, for bringing on record his legal representatives, who are shown as applicant Nos. 2A to 2D. There is also delay of 403 days caused in filing the application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands condoned. The legal representatives are allowed to be brought on record. The application is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the petition as well as in the application within two weeks from today. Place the writ petition for further consideration on 14.10.2024.
