It is contention of learned counsel for the applicant that applicant has challenged the Judgment and award dated 13.12.2021 passed by the learned Member Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dhue in Motor Accident Claims Petition No. 286/2010 on various grounds.

Applicant has also deposited entire award amount before this Court. Hence requested to stay the impugned judgment and award.

Considering submission of learned counsel, impugned judgment and award is stayed till fnal disposal of the appeal.
