PER COURT :- 1) Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, makes a statement that the entire fees along with late fees, if any, will be paid by the petitioners on or before 30.4.2015 in cash with Respondent no.2. 2) Learned AGP, on instructions, makes a statement that in case such outstanding fees are paid by the petitioners, Respondent No.2 will issue Admit Cards to the petitioners concerned to enable them to appear for the examination, which is scheduled to be commenced from 7th May, 2015.
3) In the circumstances, in the light of the statements made by learned Counsel for the petitioners as well as learned AGP, the grievance of the petitioners is redressed inasmuch as Respondent No.2 is ready to issue Admit Cards to the petitioner subject to depositing the fees along with late fees, if any by tomorrow.
4) In that view of the matter, the petition stands disposed of.
