We have briefly heard the learned advocates for the respective sides. As the University and College Tribunal was not available due to the Covid Pandemic, the petitioner has approached this Court, since the employing educational society is situated in the Ahmednagar district. The pleadings are complete.

The Presiding Officer of the University and College Tribunal has now been appointed and the Tribunal is presently functioning.

In view of the above, we are directing the Registry of this Court to dispose off this petition from the file of this Court and transfer the entire petition paper book along with all annexures, as a complete paper book set, to the University and College Tribunal at Pune. The Tribunal would register the said proceedings as is prescribed in law and issue notices to the respective parties for causing their appearance. Needless to state, as the pleadings are complete and keeping the option of putting forth additional documents if necessary, the Tribunal shall proceed to decide the case.
