Heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties. 2.

By way of this petition, the petitioners are assailing the orders dated 08.04.2022 passed below Exhibit-5 by the District Judge, Nanded in Regular Civil Appeal No. 57 of 2021 and 58 of 2021 whereby, the application filed by the Original appellant/respondent for stay to the judgment and decree passed in RCS No. 441 of 2010 came to be allowed. 3.

The learned Senior Counsel Mr. Katneshwarkar, for respondent No. 1 submits that this Court while issuing notice on 27.04.2022 granted ad-interim stay to the impugned order and also directed the parties to maintain the status-quo in respect of suit property.

Both the learned Counsel submit that purpose would be

985wp4748.22 served if this Court directs the appellate Court to decide the appeal within a period of three months.

In view thereof, both the Writ Petitions are disposed of by continuing interim order passed by this Court on 27.04.2022 directing the appellate Court to decide the appeal within a period of three months from today.

The parties shall not seek unnecessary adjournments before the appellate Court.
