Heard learned Counsel for the applicants.

The applicants are seeking recalling of order dated 18.06.2018, whereby registration of their First Appeal was dismissed for want of supply of copies. There is also a huge delay for filing this application. The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that, in fact one advocate had appeared on behalf of respondents and therefore, copies were not supplied. However, he undertakes to supply the necessary copies again within two weeks.

In view of the same, the order dated 18.06.2018 stands recalled and furnishing the necessary copies within a period of two weeks subject to deposit of cost of Rs.1,500/- (rupees one thousand five hundred only) to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court, Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
