By this application, the original claimants are seeking direction to transfer the amount deposited in this Court to Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jalgaon in M.A.C.P. No. 370 of 2012. 2.

Mr. Vijay Patil appearing for the applicant submits that the matter has been settled in Lokadalat and disposed of vide order dated 11th February, 2023.

Considering the above, following order is passed:

ORDER

[i] Civil Application is allowed.

[ii] Amount lying with the Registry of this Court in First Appeal No. 313 of 2022 be transferred to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jalgaon, for disbursement in accordance with law.

[iii] The claimants are at liberty to file appropriate application before the Tribunal seeking withdrawal of the amount along with accrued interest thereon. The Tribunal shall pass appropriate orders thereon. [iv] Application is accordingly disposed of.
