20.06.2019 P.C. :- According to the learned counsel the order of approval ought to have been from 01.12.2012 but the same is granted from the year 2014 and the proposal to that effect is already forwarded by the Management however the same is not decided by the Education Officer. The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 and 2 and submits that the Education Officer would decide the said proposal on its own merit. 2.

In case the proposal is forwarded by the management seeking correction in the order of approval of the petitioner (Page 31) then the Education Officer shall decide the said proposal on its own merit in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within six months. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
