Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Civil Application No. 7551/2023 is filed by the claimants for issuing direction to the Acquiring Body to deposit 75% of the remaining amount. The learned counsel for the applicants has produced the order dated 3rd April, 2023 passed in connected matter bearing Civil Application No. 1166/2023 in First Appeal No. 1383/2021, by which this Court has directed Acquiring Body therein to deposit 25% of the decreetal amount. The Petition (s) for Special Leave to Appeal (C) No (s). 18105/2023 filed against the aforesaid order of this Court is dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 18.8.2023.

In view of the same, in the present civil application, the Acquiring Body is directed to deposit further 25% of the decreetal amount in this Court as directed by the Reference Court along with the accrued interest thereon within eight weeks from today.
